On the 29th March, Team NAGAS heading to Whitley Bay to take part in the Warrior Beach Assault.

The course consisted of 20 obstacles spread over a 10k track.  We climbed hay bales, waded in mud, navigated monkey bars, scrambled under cargo nets and crawled through pipes to raise money for Meningitis Now.
